Your captain for your adventures with Alaska Custom Cruises is John Mackie. He has been navigating on the waters of Alaska in Resurrection Bay, Cook Inlet and Prince William Sound for 16 years. During this time he has operated a fishing charter as owner and captain.He has over 1200 documented days on the water. He is very familiar with both Alaskan waters and the weather.Your safety is his main concern.He is Coast Guard licensed and is on his fourth issuance.
 
John is an avid outdoorsman, preferring to spend his days upon the great waters of Alaska.He spends several months each year guiding fishing and hunting in Alaska’s great wilderness. He has experience and knowledge of Alaska's diverse climate, topography and wildlife.He knows how to get you to the sights and keep you safe in the process.You can relax and enjoy your cruise knowing that John is at the helm.

Debbie has been married to our terrific captain and her best friend for the last 21 years and will be your hostess aboard The Alaska Dream. Debbie enjoys visiting with all of our guests and sharing her knowledge of Alaska's geography, history and wildlife. She especially enjoys getting to know each of our guests and extending a warm welcome to each of them. Each morning she will be the first to greet you with a fresh breakfast prepared just for you.
